Installation, Testing and Commissioning, Training, and After Sales Service Support

SciMed specialist will ensure equipment is properly installed and the requirements are met according to site and factory specifications. Our engineers will not compromise on equipment performance and user safety. Training on how to use the equipment will be provided by our factory trained engineers so that customers are familiar with the usage, care and maintenance of it.
Validation Service (IQ/OQ/PQ)

SciMed validation packages include rigorous testing and verification on all parts of the equipment to ensure that they are functioning to factory and site standards. We provide service documentation which includes detailed checklists of all services performed, serial numbers of the equipment serviced, and the service reports on completed works. We also provide multi-point calibrated temperature mapping up to a maximum of 16 points per one chamber.
Fast Response and Loan Unit Service

Our team is dedicated to resolving your technical glitches in the shortest possible time. We have equipment service packs and critical spare parts for every one of the equipments that we have in our product portfolio. Our main objective is to ensure your equipment operating with peak performance and running with maximum uptime. In the event where the repair works are delayed, we offer loan unit services from 2-8 degrees Celsius down to -80 degrees Celsius units.
